DELIVERY AND RETURN

Delivery policy

 

 

1. General

Atelier Platanos is committed to dispatching your orders quickly and efficiently.

We do our utmost to ensure that your garments, made from quality natural fabrics (linen and cotton), reach you in the best possible condition.

 

2. Delivery zones

We deliver to mainland France, Corsica and the countries of the European Union. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact our customer service department to discuss the options available.

 

3. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and delivery method chosen:

Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 working days

Corsica: 4 to 6 working days

European Union: 5 to 10 working days

Please note that these times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier's constraints.

 

4. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the order and the destination. The exact costs will be displayed when the order is confirmed.

 

European Union: from €25

 

We offer free delivery for all orders over €159 including VAT within the European Union.

 

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You will be able to track your parcel in real time via the carrier's website.

 

6. Receipt of the order

On receipt of your order, please check the condition of the parcel. If the parcel is damaged, please refuse it and contact our customer service department immediately. If you accept a damaged parcel, note any anomalies on the delivery note and notify us within 24 hours.

 

7. Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. For more details, please see our returns policy in the Terms and Conditions.

 

8. Customs and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid directly to the local authorities. Atelier Platanos is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Exchange policy

 

1. General

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer you a flexible exchange policy that will enable you to find the part that is right for you.

 

2. Exchange conditions

Garments may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging or in packaging offering equivalent protection.

  • Damaged or incomplete items or items on sale will not be accepted for exchange.

3. Exchange procedure

To exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service department to inform them of your wish to exchange an item, specifying your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Receive a return authorisation: Our customer service department will provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions for carrying out the exchange.

4. Return and exchange costs

  • Returns : The cost of returning an item is borne by the Customer, unless the item is defective or does not conform to the order.

  • Re-shipment: The cost of shipping the new exchanged item will be borne by our Workshop.

5. Processing exchanges

  • Processing time: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange request within 5 to 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the exchange has been processed.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is no longer available, we will offer you a replacement item or a refund.

6. Non-eligible items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear
